Blue Horizons Pools & Spas, Inc. provides pool renovation, resurfacing, equipment repair and replacement, paver installation, and pool maintenance services in the Central Florida area. All services are subject to a written proposal or estimate accepted by the customer prior to work commencing.
2. Website Use
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not:

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website or our systems.

3. Quotes and Estimates
All quotes and estimates provided by Blue Horizons are based on information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may be adjusted due to unforeseen site conditions discovered during the project (e.g., hidden structural damage, additional drain replacement requirements). Any changes to scope will be communicated to the customer and documented via a written change order before proceeding.
4. Payments
Payment terms are outlined in each individual proposal or contract. In general:
- A deposit may be required to schedule and commence work.
- Progress payments may be required at designated project milestones.
- Final payment is due upon project completion.
- Late payments may be subject to a late fee as specified in the agreement.
We accept payment via check, credit card, ACH transfer, and approved financing through our financing partner (Hearth). Financing is subject to credit approval.
5. Warranties
Blue Horizons Pools & Spas warrants its workmanship against defects for a period specified in your individual service agreement. Manufacturer warranties apply separately to equipment and materials as provided by the respective manufacturers. Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, neglect, acts of nature, or failure to follow post-service care instructions.
6. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your pool, property, and any known existing conditions.
- Ensure reasonable access to the work area on scheduled service dates.
- Follow all post-service care and maintenance instructions provided by our team.
- Notify us promptly of any concerns during or after project completion.
7. SMS / Text Message Communications
By providing your mobile phone number on a quote request form, contact form, or verbally to our team, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from Blue Horizons Pools & Spas related to your project, appointments, and service updates.
Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or email us at info@bluehorizonspools.com. We do not share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Blue Horizons Pools & Spas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services or your use of our website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Intellectual Property
